  Placed a phone order - Person clearly didn't understand me but made no attempt to make certain of the order.
  
  When my friend went to collect, there was no order under the name provided, and the closest order was missing a potato cake.
  
  I phoned again when my friend came home with no food, and was advised that because my friend couldn't provide the phone number I had called from, the order wasn't given to him. The order had the wrong name and was not the full and correct order. Had the person who didn't understand me bothered to maybe ask for a spelling, this all could have been avoided.
  
  Now I'm hungry and pissed off.
  
  --Edit-- The lady on the phone apologized, and added that she would remake the order. I was going to come back and change the review to 4 stars as she did what she could to rectify the issue, however when the chips did arrive, there is no way they were fresh - I can absolutely guarantee they were the same that I'd ordered 45 minutes prior.
  
  Garbage. Don't bother going there - Go to Log Cabin instead. Spinakers have been pretty damned poor for years now and I've had enough.
